Day 1Aug 10th: Arrival & Kampala City Tour Welcome to Uganda! After checking into our hotel, we’ll head out for a Kampala city tour. We’ll visit the Mengo King’s Palace, explore the Gaddafi Mosque for some of the best views in the city, and experience the local vibe by hopping on Boda Bodas (motorbike taxis).

Day 2 Aug 11th: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park Today, we set off for Murchison Falls, National Park, Uganda’s largest wildlife reserve. Along the way, we’ll stop at Ziwa Rhino, Sanctuary for an hour of rhino trackingca key part of the Big 5 safari experience! After lunch, we’ll continue to our lodge in Murchison Falls.

Day 3 Aug 12th: Game Drive & Nile Boat Safari Early morning game drive in Murchison’s northern

savannah, home to elephants, lions, giraffes, buffalo, hippos, and (if we’re lucky) leopards!

After lunch, we’ll take a boat safari on the Nile to witness the powerful Murchison Falls up

close. Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner



Day 4 Aug 13th: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park After breakfast, we’ll drive to Queen

Elizabeth National Park, passing through the stunning Rwenzori Mountains. We’ll stop for

lunch in Fort Portal, then check in at our lodge for the night.

Day 5 Aug 14th : Chimpanzee Trekking & Boat Safari on Kazinga Channel Today starts with chimpanzee

trekking in Kyambura Gorge—an unforgettable hour spent with these amazing primates. After

lunch, we’ll enjoy a boat safari on the Kazinga Channel, famous for its high concentration of

hippos and other wildlife.

Day 6 Aug 15th: Game Drive & Transfer to Ishasha Sector Morning game drive (optional for those who

want extra rest) before heading to Ishasha Sector, home to tree-climbing lions! We’ll have an

extensive game drive in search of these unique predators.

Day 7 Aug 16th: Game Drive & Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest After another game drive in

Ishasha, we’ll journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to Uganda’s famous mountain

gorillas. Lunch stop in Kabale Town before reaching our lodge for the night.

Day 8 Aug 17th: Gorilla Trekking & Batwa Community Visit The highlight of the trip—gorilla trekking in

Bwindi! Depending on their location, the trek could last 2–6 hours, but the experience of

spending one hour with the gorillas is beyond words. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the Batwa

community to learn about their culture.

Day 9 Aug 18th: Transfer to Entebbe. After breakfast, we’ll begin our journey back to Entebbe, stopping

for lunch in Kayabwe and taking photos at the Equator before arriving in the evening.

Day 10 Aug 19th: Relaxation in Entebbe & Departure A chill day to relax by the pool or explore Entebbe

before catching our flights home.

Gorilla & Chimp Trekking Guidelines

• Do NOT trek if you have a cough, flu, or illness (to protect the primates).

• Maintain a 7-meter distance from the animals.

• You get 1 hour with the gorillas or chimps.

• No loud noise or flash photography.

• Do not litter in the park.


Terms and conditions & fine print:

Please not: This tour may be subject to small changes due to any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. All rooms on our trips are shared, with two people per room. We’ll match you with an adventure buddy, giving you the perfect chance to make new friends! To keep things fresh, you’ll switch roommates every couple of nights and connect with someone new.


If you are satisfied with the proposed itinerary and wish to proceed, a deposit of €650 will be necessary to confirm your reservation. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable for various reasons. By making the deposit, you are agreeing to these terms. The non-refundable nature of the deposit is essential due to the immediate planning and costs associated with securing your spot on the tour. This policy also helps ensure that all participants are fully committed to the trip.


The balance of €2700 will be due 7weeks before trip start date. (22nd of June 2025) You can make the payments in instalments after the deposit is paid if that suits you.


With regards to getting a refund: The deposit is non-refundable. For the balance of your payment, I may be able to refund this up 7 weeks before the trip should you have already paid and have an emergency and need to cancel. Anything closer than 7 weeks, and I cannot refund you.


I suggest you take out fully comprehensive travel-insurance that covers trip cancellations, that way should something happen, you will get a full pay out from your insurance company. Keep an eye on the excess required.
