Day 1: Arrival in Maun

Welcome to Botswana and the start of your African safari adventure. Upon arrival at Maun Airport, you will be met and transferred to our riverside lodge on the Thamalakane River. After settling in, we’ll gather for our first dinner together, the beginning of ten unforgettable days with your new travel sisters. Overnight in Maun.

Day 2: Maun to Khwai Community Area

After breakfast, we travel deeper into the wilderness as we head to the Khwai Community Area, a private concession bordering the famous Moremi Game Reserve. This region is known for incredible wildlife encounters right on your doorstep. In the late afternoon, we experience a sunset mokoro canoe excursion, gliding silently through the waterways of the Okavango Delta, peaceful, golden, and unforgettable. Overnight in Khwai (Permanent Tented Camp). Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

 

Day 3: Full-Day Safari in Moremi Game Reserve

Today is a full safari day inside the spectacular Moremi Game Reserve, one of Africa’s most wildlife-rich regions. Expect to see elephants, lions, leopards, buffalo, wild dogs, and an incredible variety of birdlife.

This is Africa at its most raw and beautiful, a real-life wildlife documentary. Overnight in Khwai.

Day 4: Khwai to Nata

This morning we journey south to Nata, a striking region of wide-open landscapes and desert scenery. We stay at a unique lodge famous for its natural waterhole, where elephants frequently gather just metres away. The evening is free to relax, watch the wildlife, and soak in the stillness of the African bush. Overnight in Nata. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner


 

Day 5: Nata to Kasane & Chobe River Cruise

After breakfast, we continue north to Kasane, located on the banks of the Chobe River. In the afternoon, we embark on a Chobe River Cruise, one of the best ways to see wildlife in Africa. Expect elephants swimming across the river, hippos surfacing nearby, buffalo grazing along the banks, and stunning birdlife as the sun sets. Overnight in Kasane.

 Day 6: Chobe National Park Game Drive

We rise early this morning for a game drive inside Chobe National Park, home to the largest elephant population in the world. Morning safaris offer some of the best wildlife sightings and dramatic lighting. The rest of the day is yours to relax back at camp or enjoy the surroundings. Overnight in Kasane.

Day 7: Kasane to Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)

Today we cross the border into Zimbabwe and arrive in Victoria Falls, known as the adventure capital of Africa. After checking in, we visit one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, Victoria Falls. Locally called Mosi-oa-Tunya (The Smoke That Thunders), this powerful waterfall is an experience you will never forget. Overnight in Victoria Falls.

Day 8: Victoria Falls - Free Day

Today is yours to explore Victoria Falls at your own pace. Optional activities include helicopter flights over the falls, white-water rafting, bungee jumping, sunset cruises, village visits, or browsing local markets. Whether you choose adrenaline or relaxation, this day is all about you. Overnight in Victoria Falls.

Day 9: Victoria Falls - Free Day

Another full free day to experience Victoria Falls your way. Many guests choose to double up on activities or simply enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of this iconic destination. Overnight in Victoria Falls.

Day 10: Departure Day

Today we say goodbye as your adventure comes to an end. Airport transfers are included for your onward journey, unless you choose to extend your stay. You leave with unforgettable memories, epic wildlife encounters, and a travel family for life.

Please not: This tour may be subject to small changes due to any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. All rooms on our trips are shared, with two people per room. We’ll match you with an adventure buddy, giving you the perfect chance to make new friends! To keep things fresh, you’ll switch roommates every couple of nights and connect with someone new.


If you are satisfied with the proposed itinerary and wish to proceed, a deposit of €500 will be necessary to confirm your reservation. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable for various reasons. By making the deposit, you are agreeing to these terms. The non-refundable nature of the deposit is essential due to the immediate planning and costs associated with securing your spot on the tour. This policy also helps ensure that all participants are fully committed to the trip.


The balance of €2395 will be due 10 weeks before trip start date. (5th of May 2026) You can make the payments in instalments after the deposit is paid if that suits you.


With regards to getting a refund: The deposit is non-refundable. For the balance of your payment, I may be able to refund this up 10 weeks before the trip should you have already paid and have an emergency and need to cancel. Anything closer than 10 weeks, and I cannot refund you.


I suggest you take out fully comprehensive travel-insurance that covers trip cancellations, that way should something happen, you will get a full pay out from your insurance company. Keep an eye on the excess required.
