Day 1: Arrival in Rio de Janeiro (Copacabana)

Welcome to Brazil. Upon arrival at Rio de Janeiro–Galeão International Airport, you will be met and transferred to our hotel in Copacabana. After check-in, the rest of the day is free to relax after your journey or head out for your first walk along the famous beachfront. Overnight in Copacabana.

Day 2: Corcovado & Christ the Redeemer

After breakfast, we head out to one of the most iconic landmarks in South America - Corcovado Mountain. Rising over 700 metres above sea level, Christ the Redeemer offers breathtaking panoramic views over Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, Guanabara Bay, and beyond. A must-do experience and the perfect introduction to Rio de Janeiro. Overnight in Copacabana.

Day 3: Rio de Janeiro to Salvador & Cultural Show

This morning we check out of our hotel and transfer to the airport for our flight to Salvador, one of Brazil’s most culturally rich and historic cities. Upon arrival, we are met and transferred to our hotel, where we check in and have some time to settle in and relax after the journey. In the evening, we head out for a truly special cultural experience as we attend a performance by Balé Folclórico da Bahia at the Miguel Santana Theatre in Pelourinho. Widely regarded as one of the world’s leading Afro-Brazilian dance companies, the performance brings together powerful music, movement, and storytelling that reflects the soul and traditions of Bahia. Overnight in Salvador.

Day 4: Salvador Panoramic City Tour

Today we explore Salvador on a panoramic city tour. Discover the colourful historic centre of Pelourinho, the Upper and Lower Towns connected by the famous Lacerda Elevator, and landmarks such as Bonfim Church, a symbol of religious syncretism in Bahia. We also visit traditional neighbourhoods including Ribeira and Montserrat, see the historic fort, and browse the lively Modelo Market. Overnight in Salvador. Meal plan: Breakfast and lunch



Day 5: Salvador to Foz do Iguaçu

After breakfast, we check out of our hotel and transfer to the airport for our flight to Foz do Iguaçu, a unique destination located near the borders of Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay. Upon arrival, we are met and transferred to our hotel, where we check in and have time to settle in after the journey. The rest of the evening is free to relax, enjoy the hotel facilities, or have a quiet dinner as we prepare for the incredible natural wonders to come over. Overnight in Foz do Iguaçu.

Day 6: Iguazu Falls (Argentinian Side) & Rafain Churrascaria Show. Today we visit the Argentinian side of the spectacular Iguazu Falls, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. Walk the extensive catwalks and trails, ride the eco-train, and experience the power of Devil’s Throat, where the falls thunder below. In the evening, we enjoy dinner and a cultural show at Rafain Churrascaria, combining Brazilian barbecue with music and dance from across South America. Overnight in Foz do Iguaçu. Day 7: Foz do Iguaçu to Rio de Janeiro (Copacabana)

After breakfast, we check out of our hotel and transfer back to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival, we are met and transferred to our hotel in Copacabana, where we check back in and have time to settle in. The remainder of the day is free to enjoy Copacabana at your own pace, relax on the beach, take a walk along the promenade, explore the local cafés and shops, or simply unwind after the journey as we ease back into the rhythm of Rio. Overnight in Copacabana.

Day 8: Sugarloaf Mountain

Today we visit Sugarloaf Mountain, one of Rio de Janeiro’s most iconic landmarks. Travel by glass cable car to Urca Hill and then onwards to the summit of Sugarloaf, where you’ll enjoy 360-degree views over the city, beaches, mountains, and bay. Overnight in Copacabana.

Day 9: Carnaval Experience, Tijuca Forest & Rio Nightlife

Today is a free morning and afternoon to enjoy Copacabana at your own pace. Use the time to pick up last-minute shopping, relax on the beach, explore the neighbourhood, or simply soak up the energy of Rio before our final night together. In the evening, we come together for dinner and live music at Rio Scenarium, one of Rio de Janeiro’s most iconic nightlife venues. Spread across several floors and filled with antiques, dancing, and Brazilian rhythms, it’s the perfect way to end our time in the city.

Day 10: Departure Day. Its time to say good bye. After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and transfer to Rio de Janeiro–Galeão International Airport for your onward flight home. This marks the end of the tour.

Please not: This tour may be subject to small changes due to any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. All rooms on our trips are shared, with two people per room. We’ll match you with an adventure buddy, giving you the perfect chance to make new friends! To keep things fresh, you’ll switch roommates every couple of nights and connect with someone new.


If you are satisfied with the proposed itinerary and wish to proceed, a deposit of €500 will be necessary to confirm your reservation. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable for various reasons. By making the deposit, you are agreeing to these terms. The non-refundable nature of the deposit is essential due to the immediate planning and costs associated with securing your spot on the tour. This policy also helps ensure that all participants are fully committed to the trip.


The balance of €1395 will be due 10 weeks before trip start date. (22nd of April 2026) You can make the payments in instalments after the deposit is paid if that suits you.


With regards to getting a refund: The deposit is non-refundable. For the balance of your payment, I may be able to refund this up 10 weeks before the trip should you have already paid and have an emergency and need to cancel. Anything closer than 10 weeks, and I cannot refund you.


I suggest you take out fully comprehensive travel-insurance that covers trip cancellations, that way should something happen, you will get a full pay out from your insurance company. Keep an eye on the excess required.
