Day 1 - 19th July | Antananarivo
Arrive in Antananarivo and transfer to the hotel to get some rest and recuperate after your long flights and prepare for the adventure ahead. Madagascar is unlike anywhere else on Earth. Around 90% of its wildlife is found nowhere else, and over the next 11 days you'll discover giant baobabs, incredible beaches, unique wildlife and some of the most breathtaking sunsets you've ever seen. Trust me, this trip only gets better from here. Overnight in Antananarivo.
Day 2 - 20th July Antananarivo - Morondava.
Today we fly to Morondava (approx. flight time 1 hour 15 minutes), our gateway to one of Madagascar's most iconic regions. Depending on our arrival time, we'll spend the afternoon relaxing by the beach before watching our first Malagasy sunset, either from the sand or from our rooftop bar. It's the perfect way to ease into island life and your first taste of just how spectacular Madagascar's sunsets really are. Overnight in Morondava.
Meal plan: (Breakfast)

Day 3 - 21st July | Morondava (Kirindy)
This morning we'll have an early start as we make our way to the famous Baobab Avenue for sunrise. Seeing these ancient giants in the soft morning light is something you'll never forget. Afterwards we'll head to Kirindy Reserve for a guided walk, where we'll be on the lookout for lemurs, colourful birds, reptiles and Madagascar's unique wildlife. After lunch we'll relax before heading back to Baobab Avenue for sunset. Yes... we're going twice! Sunrise is peaceful and quiet, while sunset is pure magic. And don't worry, I know all the best photo spots. Overnight in Morondava.
Meal plan: (Breakfast)
Day 4 - 22nd July | Morondava
After breakfast we'll drive back through Baobab Avenue before setting off on one of my favourite experiences of the trip, a traditional Malagasy canoe adventure. We'll cruise through the mangroves, learn about local life and even catch our own lunch. Fresh crab anyone? The afternoon is yours to relax before finishing another day with an epic sunset on Morondava Beach. You'll quickly realise why sunsets become a bit of an obsession on this trip. Overnight in Morondava.
Meal plan: (Breakfast and lunch)
Day 5 - 23rd | Morondava Antananarivo
Today is a travel day as we fly back to Antananarivo (approx. 1 hour 15 minutes). Once we arrive, we'll check into our hotel where you can spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool, enjoying a drink or simply taking it easy before the next part of our adventure begins.
Overnight in Antananarivo.
Meal plan: (Breakfast)
Day 6 - 24th July | Antananarivo Today we'll explore Madagascar's fascinating capital city. We'll visit the Queen's Palace, learn about the country's rich history and enjoy a guided city tour before spending the afternoon shopping for souvenirs. This is the perfect place to pick up Madagascar's world-famous vanilla, locally grown coffee, delicious chocolate and beautiful handmade crafts to bring home.

Meal plan: (Breakfast)
Day 7 – 25th July | Antananarivo - Nosy Komba
Today we leave Madagascar’s capital behind and fly to the tropical islands of Nosy Be (approx. 1 hour 30 minutes), before taking a short boat transfer to the peaceful island of Nosy Komba. Often called “Lemur Island”, Nosy Komba is a laid-back paradise with crystal-clear waters, lush forests and no cars - just sandy paths, fishing villages and incredible ocean views. Depending on our arrival time, we’ll settle into island life, explore the village or relax by the water before watching the sunset over the Indian Ocean. Tonight, we’ll fall asleep to the sound of the waves in one of Madagascar’s most tranquil island escapes.
Meal plan: (Breakfast)

Day 8 - 26th July | Nosy Komba - Nosy Be
After a relaxed morning on Nosy Komba, we’ll take the short boat ride back to Nosy Be and head to our beachfront hotel for the next part of our island adventure. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace – unwind by the pool, take a dip in the turquoise ocean, sip a cocktail with your toes in the sand or simply soak up the laid-back island atmosphere. As the sun begins to set, we’ll gather to enjoy another unforgettable Madagascar sunset before settling in for the night.
Meal Plan: (Breakfast)
Day 9 - 27th July | Nosy Be
After breakfast we'll head out by boat to the breathtaking island of Nosy Iranja, often ranked among the most beautiful islands in the world. Google it... you'll see why. Nosy Iranja is made up of two islands connected by an incredible white sandbank that appears when the tide is low, creating one of Madagascar's most iconic landscapes. We'll spend the day swimming, snorkelling, relaxing on the beach and enjoying lunch on the island before making our way back to Nosy Be. Overnight in Nosy Be.
Meal plan: (Breakfast & Lunch)
Day 10 - 28th July | Nosy Be
Today is yours to enjoy however you like. Whether you want to go scuba diving, snorkelling, quad biking, island hopping or simply spend the day relaxing on the beach with a cocktail in hand, the choice is yours. This evening we'll come together one last time for our farewell dinner as we watch the sun set over paradise and reminisce about everything we've experienced together over the past 10 days.
