Day 1 July 1st: Arrival & Kampala City Tour Welcome to Uganda! After checking into our hotel, we’ll head out for a Kampala city tour. We’ll visit the Mengo King’s Palace, explore the Gaddafi Mosque for some of the best views in the city, and experience the local vibe by hopping on Boda Bodas (motorbike taxis).

Day 2 July 2nd : Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park & Walking Safari
After breakfast, we drive west towards Lake Mburo National Park, stopping at the Equator for photos and the equator experience. Upon arrival, we check in and enjoy lunch before heading out for an evening walking safari or game drive, a rare opportunity to explore wildlife on foot. Overnight in Lake Mburo National Park. Day 3 July 3rd: Lake Mburo to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
This morning we travel south-west to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. The journey winds through the beautiful Kigezi Highlands with stunning scenery throughout. Depending on arrival time, we may enjoy a Batwa Pygmy cultural experience, learning about the traditional forest lifestyle of the Batwa people. Overnight near Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Day 4 July 4th : Gorilla Trekking Experience
Today is the highlight for many, gorilla trekking in Bwindi. After an early breakfast, we attend a briefing before trekking into the forest in small groups with expert guides and rangers. After 1- 2 hours of trekking, we spend a magical hour observing a gorilla family in their natural habitat. The rest of the day is for relaxation and reflection. Day 5 July 5th : Bwindi to Ishasha Sector (Queen Elizabeth National Park) We transfer north to the Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions. After lunch, we head out on an afternoon game drive in search of lions, elephants, antelope, and other wildlife. Overnight in Ishasha.

Day 6 July 6th: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Today we continue deeper into Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most popular savannah reserve. This wildlife-rich area is home to elephants, buffalo, lions, and a wide variety of birdlife.
After arrival, we check in and enjoy a relaxed evening at the lodge. Overnight in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Day 7 July 7th: Chimpanzee Tracking & Kazinga Channel Boat Safari
This morning we head to Kyambura Gorge for chimpanzee tracking. Walk through the dramatic gorge as we search for chimpanzees in their natural environment. In the afternoon, we enjoy a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, known for its dense concentration of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and birdlife. Overnight in Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Day 8 July 8th: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, we journey north to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest park. En route, enjoy changing landscapes and wildlife sightings. After arrival, we check in to our lodge and enjoy dinner surrounded by nature. Overnight in Murchison Falls National Park.

Day 9 July 9th: Game Drive & Nile Boat Safari
We start early with a morning game drive across the savannah, spotting elephants, lions, giraffes, buffalo, Uganda kob, and more. In the afternoon, we take a boat cruise along the Nile to the base of Murchison Falls, watching hippos, crocodiles, and birds before witnessing the river force its way through a narrow gorge. Overnight in Murchison Falls National Park.

Day 10 July 10th: Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary & Return to Kampala
After breakfast, we visit the Top of the Falls for incredible views before continuing to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Here, we track rhinos on foot, a powerful conservation experience. After lunch, we continue back to Entebbe for our final night. Overnight in Entebbe.

Day 11 July 11th:
Departure day. This marks the end of your Uganda adventure, leaving with unforgettable wildlife encounters, deep connections, and memories for life before catching our flights home.

Gorilla & Chimp Trekking Guidelines
• Do NOT trek if you have a cough, flu, or illness (to protect the primates).
• Maintain a 7-meter distance from the animals.
• You get 1 hour with the gorillas or chimps.
• No loud noise or flash photography.
• Do not litter in the park.
Terms and conditions & fine print:
Please not: This tour may be subject to small changes due to any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. All rooms on our trips are shared, with two people per room. We’ll match you with an adventure buddy, giving you the perfect chance to make new friends! To keep things fresh, you’ll switch roommates every couple of nights and connect with someone new.
If you are satisfied with the proposed itinerary and wish to proceed, a deposit of €650 will be necessary to confirm your reservation. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable for various reasons. By making the deposit, you are agreeing to these terms. The non-refundable nature of the deposit is essential due to the immediate planning and costs associated with securing your spot on the tour. This policy also helps ensure that all participants are fully committed to the trip.
The balance of €2800 will be due 8weeks before trip start date. (6th of May 2026) You can make the payments in instalments after the deposit is paid if that suits you.
With regards to getting a refund: The deposit is non-refundable. For the balance of your payment, I may be able to refund this up 8 weeks before the trip should you have already paid and have an emergency and need to cancel. Anything closer than 8 weeks, and I cannot refund you.
I suggest you take out fully comprehensive travel-insurance that covers trip cancellations, that way should something happen, you will get a full pay out from your insurance company. Keep an eye on the excess required.
